During each session Abi will lead you through her unique and healing method which includes her 2 phases of connection & energy. 

Phase 1 / GROUND  / YOU . RECONNECTED

During this phase Abi will guide you to begin to create space for yourself, becoming present and listening to what is coming up.  You will begin to dissolve stress, let emotions expand and come to the surface.  You will begin to flow.
